春节将至，为了欢度喜庆祥和的节假日，请各业户在放假期间注意以下事项：

1. 检查室内能源使用情况，如有需要请提前购买热水、电及燃气等。（2月4日-2月10日物业财务人员休息，无法完成购水购电业务）

2. 室内应开启部分供暖设备以保持室内温度，避免室内温度过低导致空调管道及水管爆裂。

3. 外出前请关闭不使用的电器设备、水及燃气设备，并锁好门窗，注意防盗安全。

4. 外出度假前，请向前台工作人员提供紧急联系人及联系方式，以便在紧急情况时联系。

5. 北京公馆周边范围为禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域。

6. 2月4日-2月10日（大年三十至初六）会所开放时间为08:30-22:00；大堂前台工作时间为 08:00-20:00.如需领取在前台寄存的物品或户门钥匙，请在20:00点前取走，给您带来的不便，敬请谅解。

Pay attention to the issues about the Spring Festival holiday

        The Spring Festival will come，in order to celebrate the festival and peaceful holidays，please pay attention to the following items during the holiday：

    1Check theindoor energy use.If necessary,please buy hot water electricity and gas in advance.(from February 4^th to February 10^nd ,the property finance personnel will have a rest and can not complete the purchase of water for electricity)

    2Some heating equipment should be opened in the room to keep the indoor temperature ,so as to avoid the are conditioning pipes bursting when indoor temperature is too low。

3 Please turn off the unused electrical equipment,water and gas equipment before going out,and lock the doors and windows to guard against theft。

    4Before going on vacation,please provide emergency contact and contact information to the front desk staff so that you can contact them in case of emergency。

    5The surrounding area of Beijing public hall is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers area.

6 The opening time of the club from February 4^th to February 10^nd is 8:30-22:00.The working time of the lobby desk is 08:00-20:00.If you need to collect the goods or door keys in the front desk,please remove them before 20:00,please kindly understand theinconvenience caused to you.
