关于 “五一”节日放假注意事项

尊敬的各位业户：

五一假期将至，为了欢度此节假日，各业户在放假期间，请注意以下事项：

1. 因1-4日物业中心放假将无法办理购买能源业务，故请各业户提前检查室内能源，请于放假前至物业中心购买电及热水。

2. 外出前请将燃气及水阀门关闭，并锁好门窗，注意防盗安全。

3. 为预防大风天气请提前检查自家门窗是否牢固，同时请您及时收回阳台上的花盆或物品，妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，并将其加固防止被大风刮落；同时请装修单元及时加固围挡棚架等易被风吹动的搭建物，遮盖好建筑物资。

4. 外出度假前，请向物业大堂前台工作人员提供紧急联系人姓名、联系方式及户门备用钥匙，以便在紧急情况时取得联系。

Considerations about The May Day holiday

“The May Day holiday will come，in order to celebrate this holiday，the operators in the holiday，please note the following：

1.  Because the property center will not be able to purchase energy business during the holiday of 1-4, please check the indoor energy in advance. Please purchase electricity and hot water from the property center before the holidays.

2.  Please close the gas and water valve before going out, lock the doors and Windows, and guard against theft.

3.  In order to prevent the high wind weather, please check whether the doors and Windows are firm in advance, and please take back the flowerpots or articles on the balcony in time to properly settle the outdoor items that are susceptible to the wind, and reinforce them to prevent the wind from blowing down; At the same time, decorate the unit in time to reinforce the building materials that are easy to be blown by the wind, and cover the building materials.

4. Before going on vacation, please provide emergency contact name, contact information and door key to the front desk of the property lobby to make contact during emergency situations.
