关于  安全防火事宜

尊敬的各位业户：

为了营造一个安全、舒适的居住环境，在此物业中心温馨提示您加强安全防火意识，杜绝安全隐患。具体注意事宜如下：

1.在大厦公共区域内，禁止吸烟(车场，楼道等区域)；

2.如您在家中吸烟，请确保将烟蒂熄灭后再将其丢入垃圾袋内，杜绝复燃现象发生；

3.带阳台房间的业户，如您在阳台吸烟，请勿将烟蒂从高空抛落，避免任意飘落，造成隐患。

消除火灾隐患是你我共同的义务，如您发现周围邻居在公共区域吸烟，请您及时制止或告知物业我们希望通过大家共同努力，杜绝此行为在公馆发生。

Fire Prevention

Dear business owners,

In order to create a safe and comfortable living environment, warm tips in the property center to strengthen your awareness of safety and fire prevention, eliminate safety hazards. Specific matters needing attention are as follows:

1. No smoking in public areas of the building (parking lots, hallways, etc.);

2. If you smoke at home, please make sure to put out the cigarette butt and put it into the garbage bag to prevent reburning;

3. For business households with balcony rooms, if you smoke in the balcony, please do not drop the cigarette butts from the height, to avoid any falling, causing hidden dangers.

 It is our common obligation to eliminate fire hazards. If you find your neighbors smoking in public areas, please stop or inform the property management department in time.
