尊敬的各位业户，由于西塔楼顶机房电源控制柜双电源互投开关损坏，为保障电梯的正常运行，我项目特联系专业人员对西塔电梯进行维修，届时西塔电梯将停止运行。具体安排如下：

Dear homeowners, due to the damage of the double power exchange switch of the power control cabinet in the machine room on the top of the west tower, in order to ensure the normal operation of the elevator, our project specially contacts professionals to repair the elevator in the west tower, and then the elevator in the west tower will stop running.
