关于 小区防汛工作温馨提示  

尊敬的各位业户,您好!目前我市已进入雨水集中期，预计今日夜间我市将有中雨、局部大到暴雨，部分时段伴雷暴大风、短时强降雨，为确保小区顺利渡过雨季天气，在物业中心积极做好各公共区域内的工作外，也谨提醒广大业主注意以下几点：

1. 外出时或长时间不居住时，请检查门窗是否关好，收好晾晒衣物、被子等，以免大风吹坏门窗、大雨淋湿晾晒衣物，溅湿房内物品;

2. 检查自家阳台地漏下水是否畅通，不要在地漏处堆积杂物，保持下水畅通;

3. 高层带有露台的业主，请检查露台地漏，不要在地漏处堆积杂物，保持下水畅通;

4. 在汛情紧张时期，当天气预报有连续暴雨时，在易受雨水淹没的低洼、滞洪地带，更要提高警惕，随时注意水位的变化，及时将车辆停放置高位地段;

5. 正在装修的业主，请提醒装修人员离开现场时，检查水、电、阀门是否关闭，避免因意外引起事故。

Warm tips on district flood control work

1. Check whether the balcony floor drain is unblocked, do not accumulate sundries in the floor drain, keep the water unblocked; 3. For the owners with terraces on the upper floors, please check the floor drain of the terrace, do not accumulate sundries in the floor drain, and keep the water flowing smoothly; 4. In the flood season, when the weather forecast has a continuous rainstorm, in the low-lying, flood detention areas vulnerable to rain water, but also to improve vigilance, pay attention to the change of water level, timely stop the vehicle placed high section;5. Owners in the process of decoration, please remind decoration staff to check whether the water, electricity and valves are closed when leaving the site to avoid accidents caused by accidents.
