您好!由于近期此类现象在公馆范围内频繁发生，在此谨提醒广大业户注意以下几点：

1. 如您携带宠物出行，请乘坐货梯，不要在大堂、地库及外围绿化带内遛放宠物；

2. 请告知您家来访人员需登记并与业户核实后方可进入（包括快递、送餐等）；

3. 业户不要在公共区域内吸烟、住户及访客不要在公共场所大声喧哗、请爱护公共设施设备；请看管好自家儿童，不要在大堂追跑打闹，以免发生意外，并建议不要将大厦外儿童带入大堂玩耍；

4. 请您将车辆停到自家车位上，不要占用他人车位，避免产生误会；

5. 进入会所健身、游泳的业户，请携带会员卡并登记确认。

3. Please households do not smoke in public areas, Please households and visitors from talking loudly in public places, and take good care of public facilities; At the same time, look after your children, do not chase in the lobby, so as to avoid accidents, it is suggested do not bring non-residential children into the lobby to play；

4.Please park your car in your own parking space and do not take others' parking space to avoid misunderstanding;
