关于 停止使用东塔1号电梯 事宜

尊敬的各位业户：

您好！因大厦内东塔1号电梯在运行过程中发生故障，后经专业人员排查，初步判断为某部品（含线路）性能不稳定，故发生偶发事故。针对此故障，已对相关部品进行点检测试和排查，自故障后已安排专业人员更换相关部品，但部品更换或调整后是否完全排除隐患，还需进一步观察；在此期间为保障各业户的乘梯安全，我项目将暂时停止东塔1号电梯的运行，同时对电梯进行全面细致的检查和维修，且电梯故障排查时间暂时无法确定。如恢复正常使用，会另行通知。由此给您带来的不便，敬请谅解。

About Stop using the East Tower No.1 elevator notice

Dear households：

Hello！There was a failure in the operation of the No.1 elevator . After investigation by professional personnel, it is preliminarily determined that the performance of a part (including line) is not stable. For this fault, the relevant parts have been tested and checked, and the relevant parts have been replaced after the fault. However, it needs to be further observed whether the hidden dangers will be completely eliminated after the replacement or adjustment of the parts.During this period, in order to ensure the safety of the ladders, our residence will temporarily suspend the operation of elevator No. 1 of the East Tower. At the same time, carry on the comprehensive and meticulous inspection and maintenance to the elevator. And the troubleshooting time of the elevator can not be determined for a time. If normal use is normal, it will be subject to further notice. we apologize for the inconvenience.
